Delivery Policy

  1. All orders placed on or before 11:00am shall be picked up by the courier from FERN INC. Head Office on the same day and the expected delivery lead time are as follows:

  3. We ship orders Mondays through Fridays as long as it makes the cut off time. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
  4. If we are unable to meet the expected delivery date we shall not be held accountable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, please make an authorization letter together with a photocopy of two valid government IDs.
  5. We will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as storms, earthquakes, flood, or if the cause of delay is through our third-party couriers unforeseen events like off-loads and airport limitations.
  6. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. In the case that the address specified by the customer is incorrect, we have the right to charge the customer the full amount of re-delivery.

  7. We may contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details that they entered but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
  8. Before signing on the delivery receipt, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage and safe keep the receipt of the delivered product.
