Return and Exchange Policy

FERN, Inc.’s return policy allows for an item(s) return and replacement. However, we do have a few requirements for processing a return.

You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:

Reasons Description
  Damaged The product is damaged during delivery
Objective reasons Incorrect/wrong item Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. received 30’s FERN-C instead of 60's)
Missing items Missing items as indicated in the packaging
Website error The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

Item is returned within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

  • You have of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging with the free items received with it
  • The product must not have been used
  • All sealed items must not be opened

FERN, Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If your expectations have not been met for objective reasons, we will gladly accept your returned package within 7 days from the delivery date.
